Mustard Pork Loin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. boneless pork loin, rolled and tied
    salt and pepper
    1 1/2 c. mustard (salad)
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 crushed garlic cloves
    2 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
Preparation
    Place roast on a rack in a roasting pan.
    Salt and pepper roast, then spoon on mustard mixture (mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic cloves and Kitchen Bouquet mixed together. Bake
    at 350\u00b0 in a covered roaster approximately 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until 170\u00b0 internal temperature has been reached.
    Remove roast; let cool for slicing, about 15 minutes or so.
    Drain drippings.
    Add water enough for gravy; thicken and serve while hot.
