Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    3 slices bacon
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. water
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until just tender.
    Cool and dice.
    Fry bacon. When crisp, remove and crumble over potatoes.
    Stir flour into bacon fat and cook until lightly browned.
    Stir in vinegar, water and sugar.
    Cook and stir until thickened.
    Stir in onion and season.
    Pour onion sauce over potatoes and bacon.
    Toss.
