Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. zucchini, grated
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light and foamy.
    Add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla.
    Mix lightly, but well.
    In separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg.
    Add flour mixture to egg mixture.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
