Mother'S Vanilla Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (6) eggs
    2 1/2 (3) c. sugar
    1 (1 1/2) Tbsp. vanilla
    1 qt. half and half milk or 1 pt. half and half and 1 can Milnot
    homogenized milk
    1/8 (1/4) tsp. salt (optional)
    6 (8) junket tablets (optional)

    Note:
    One gallon or 1 1/2 gallon freezer and 1 gallon crock.
