Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. loosely coarsely grated zucchini
    2 c. flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. grated coconut
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat eggs until frothy. Beat in rest of ingredients. Pour into well-greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for an hour or until done. Stand for 10 minutes and invert pans.
