Sweet Sour Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans pineapple chunks (reserve 1 c. juice)
    1/4 c. salad oil
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Drain pineapple (save 1 cup of juice).
    Heat oil in saucepan. Saute onions and green peppers for 3 minutes.
    Mix cornstarch, vinegar, ginger and soy sauce.
    Add pineapple juice.
    Add onions and peppers.
    Cook, stirring often, until mixture thickens.
    Add the pineapple chunks.
