Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 (6-inch) corn tortillas
1/2 c. onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. coriander
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. margarine
3 Tbsp. flour
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
2 c. chicken, cooked and chopped
green onions, sliced
2 c. chicken broth
1 or 2 canned jalapeno peppers, rinsed, chopped or 1 (4 oz.) can green chili peppers, drained and diced
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
tomato, chopped
black olives, chopped
Preparation

Wrap tortillas in foil.
Heat in 350\u00b0 oven 10 to 15 minutes, or until softened.
