Easy Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk or peach juice
3 c. (1 can) sliced peaches
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Melt oleo in shallow baking dish.
Sift flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in bowl.
Add milk at once. Stir just enough to blend ingredients.
Pour batter over melted oleo in baking dish.
Spoon peaches on top of batter.
Bake until golden brown.
