Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 eggs
1 (No. 303) can whole kernel corn with liquid
1 onion, grated
1 to 3 jalapeno peppers, grated
3/4 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. Wesson oil
Preparation

Mix well and pour into hot skillet, greased with 1/8 cup of Wesson oil.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until golden brown.
