Cheese Croutons For Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 to 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    flour
    1 to 2 c. grated cheese
    freshly chopped parsley
    garlic to taste
Preparation
    Beat
    eggs,
    adding
    cheese,
    salt, pepper, parsley and garlic.
    Add
    small
    amounts of flour needed to make a pancake batter,
    not too thin or thick.
    Drop by large spoons into hot oil in
    frying pan.
    Brown one side and then the other.
    Cool and cut up into small squares.
    Drop into hot soup.
    If batter is too thick, thin out with milk.
