Fancy Brussels Sprouts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1/4 c. fresh, minced parsley
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen Brussels sprouts, thawed or 2 pt. fresh, halved
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and diced
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

In a saucepan over medium heat, bring water, parsley, sugar and salt to the boil. Add sprouts. Cover and simmer for 6 to 8 minutes or until tender; drain. Add butter and water chestnuts; heat through. Yield: 6 servings.
