Diabetic Nut Cake(Sugar Free) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 egg
2 Tbsp. sweetener
1 c. chopped dates
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
Preparation
-
Add sweetener with beaten egg, butter and vanilla.
Proceed as for regular cake.
Turn into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan lined with foil.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
This cake freezes well.
