Virginia Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. apples, peeled and chopped
    crust (enough for double crust pie)
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.
    Pour in unbaked pie shell and cover with lattice top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until set, about 35 to 40 minutes.
