Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1 onion
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 to 2 cans chicken broth as needed
1 pkg. corn tortillas
2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 can chopped green chili peppers
Preparation

Bake and bone chicken breasts.
Saute onion in oleo.
Pour in Ro-Tel tomatoes, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup and add chicken broth.
(I use broth from chicken and add Swanson chicken broth as needed.)
Simmer all of this for 30 minutes.
