Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 pt. milk
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. margarine
4 beaten egg yolks
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
2 lemons, juiced
Preparation

Bring to boil, milk, sugar and margarine. Add eggs and cornstarch and cook until thick.
Add lemon juice and vanilla. Whip.
Place in baked pie shell.
Use egg whites for meringue.
