Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. squash
1 onion, chopped
2 eggs
3 tsp. butter
1 tsp. sugar
salt to taste
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
-
Cook squash and onion until tender, 15 minutes. Drain and mash lightly. Beat the eggs with the butter, sugar and salt.
Mix with the cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
