Super Moist Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

4 1/2 c. flour
4 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
3 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 3/4 c. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
6 eggs
2 Tbsp. vanilla
4 c. grated zucchini
3/4 c. (4 oz.) chopped walnuts (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix all dry ingredients together (if you are using self-rising flour, eliminate salt, baking soda, and baking powder).
Grease and flour pans.
Mix all wet ingredients together and combine with dry ingredients.
Bake for about 50 minutes for loaf pans and 30-40 minutes for muffins.
