Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked macaroni
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sharp cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to package directions.
    Drain. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In
    a medium saucepan, melt margarine; stir in milk, cornstarch and salt.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens.
    Remove from heat.
    Add macaroni.
    Stir in cheese until melted.
    Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
