Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 onion (large), diced
    1 bell pepper (small), diced
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 can tomatoes (whole)
    1 can tomato sauce (small)
    1 lb. cleaned shrimp
    1 box frozen okra, sliced or 1 1/2 c.
    water
Preparation
    Saute onion and bell pepper in oil until soft.
    Add remaining ingredients except shrimp.
    Add water and simmer 1 hour or until okra is soft.
    Add shrimp and cook 3 to 5 minutes until pink. Serve hot over rice.
    Serves 4.
