Swedish Mundel Korka - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
    1/4 c. grated almonds
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Beat eggs very well (5 to 10 minutes).
    Add 1 cup sugar and melted shortening.
    Sift together flour, salt and baking powder and add to egg mixture.
    Add almond flavoring.
    Beat.
