Upside-Down Apple Pie(Opp-Ned Eple Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1/4 c. water
    salt
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix together in a bowl.
    Sprinkle mixture over apples.
    Roll out the other pastry and place on top of the apple mixture.
    Punch holes for steam to escape.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes and at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
