Zucchini Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. zucchini
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 small pkg. Stove Top stuffing
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Do not peel zucchini, but clean and slice thin.
    Add just enough water to cook crisp-tender; drain.
    Saute onion in 1 tablespoon margarine, add to zucchini.
