Ingredients

4 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
3 tart apples, cored and cut into 1/4-inch wedges
1/4 c. butter
Preparation

Combine eggs, milk, flour and salt; beat with whisk or rotary beater until smooth.
Combine sugar and cinnamon; toss with apples to coat.
Grease two 9-inch pie plates with butter.
Put half of the apples in each pie plate.
Pour half of the batter over apples in each plate.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until light brown.
Serve hot, cut in wedges.
Makes 8 to 12 servings.
(Can be successfully cut in half.)
