Vegetable-Curry Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, green beans, celery, red pepper and mushrooms
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 to 1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 c. fine dry breadcrumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Cook vegetables according to package directions; drain. Combine vegetables and next 4 ingredients; spoon into a lightly greased 1-quart casserole.
    Combine breadcrumbs and butter; sprinkle over casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned.
    Yields 4 servings.
