Ginger'S Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground chuck
    1 head cabbage, shredded
    2 to 3 carrots, shredded
    4 to 5 tsp. brown sugar
    1/2 bottle or to taste soy sauce
    1 pkg. egg roll wrappers
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck.
    Add alternately (in small amounts) with brown sugar and soy sauce.
    Cook until just tender.
    Put small amount of ground chuck mixture in center of wrap.
    Moisten edges with baking powder and water mixture.
    Fold sides to center and moisten edges, then starting at the top, roll firmly and seal with water and baking powder mixture.
    Drop in hot oil until brown. Drain on paper towels.
