Crawfish Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crawfish tails
    1 bunch green onions, chopped fine
    1/2 c. parsley
    1/4 c. flour
    1 stick oleo or butter (best with real butter)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    salt and pepper to taste (after all is mixed and cooked for a few minutes)
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Saute onions and parsley in butter. Add flour and blend well.
    Add soup as in the can.
    Add no water to it. Simmer 5 minutes. Add crawfish tails (drained). Simmer 10 more minutes on very low heat.
    Prebake small pie shells at 350\u00b0 for about 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Fill with crawfish filling.
    Bake filled shells for 10 minutes.
    These are absolutely delicious!
