Knee Patches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix flour, milk, egg and salt.
    Flatten dough and cut into squares (more flour or milk may be needed, you decide).
    Deep-fry in at least 2 1/2 inches of cooking oil until golden brown.
    Stack on plate and sprinkle with cinnamon.
