Salmon Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    2 large potatoes, diced
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    4 c. chicken broth
    2 c. carrots, chopped
    1 red pepper, diced
    1 green pepper, diced
    2 cans whole corn
    2 cans diced tomatoes
    1 salmon fillet, deboned and cubed
    2 c. heavy whipping cream
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion in 1/2 stick butter. Add potatoes and garlic and cook 5 to 10 minutes, covered. Add broth, carrots, corn, peppers, corn and tomatoes to the pot and cook until potatoes are done. Add salmon and cook until done. Add heavy cream and cheese and heat until cheese is melted.
