Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 mashed bananas
1/2 c. shortening
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Cream sugar and shortening.
Add rest of ingredients.
Put in greased loaf pan.
Start in cold oven and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
