Snap Peas With Ham And Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. pasta
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, smashed
4 oz. sugar snap peas, trimmed
8 oz. smoked ham, cubed
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. prepared Dijon mustard
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
Meanwhile, heat oil in skillet.
Add garlic and snap peas and saute, stirring over high heat until peas are slightly browned, about 2 minutes. Add ham and heat through.
Remove from heat and discard garlic. Add cooked pasta to skillet.
Stir in thyme and mustard and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve hot or at room temperature. Serves 2.
