Rapid Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 lb.) beef roast
    salt to taste
    1 clove garlic
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 500\u00b0.
    Make sure roast is at room temperature. Rub roast with garlic and salt.
    Place, uncovered, in heated oven for 37 to 40 minutes. Turn off oven. Do not open door for exactly 2 hours.
