Moon River Clam Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 to 3/4 c. crumbled Bleu cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped chives
1/2 tsp. salt
3 shakes Tabasco sauce
3 (6 oz.) cans minced clams, drained
Preparation

Combine cream cheese, Bleu cheese, chives, salt and Tabasco sauce.
Add drained clams.
Mix (add some milk to obtain smooth consistency.)
Chill.
Serve with crackers.
May substitute with crab meat or shrimp.
