Vanilla Carob Cake(Sugar-Free) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large eggs
    1/3 c. mashed, ripe bananas
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 1/4 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 1/4 c. unbleached flour
    3/4 c. carob powder
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Beat together eggs, mashed banana, butter and milk until creamy.
    Add vanilla, flour, carob powder, baking powder and baking soda.
    Beat well.
    Stir in flaked coconut.
    Spoon batter evenly into an oiled and floured 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
    Cool.
