Vegetarian Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. zucchini, cut in bite size pieces
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/4 c. Italian seasoning
    1 can mushrooms
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 bay leaf
    1 c. red wine
    2 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
    salt and pepper
    2 cans tomatoes (either Italian style or stewed)
Preparation
    Good recipe for a slow cooker to simmer all day.
    Serve over pasta or rice.
