Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. freshly popped corn
    1 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Spread\tpopcorn in a large, shallow roasting pan.
    Stir sugar, margarine, corn syrup and salt.
    Cook over medium heat until mixture
    boils.
    Continue
    cooking, without stirring, 5 minutes. Stir
    in
    vanilla
    and baking soda.
    Pour corn syrup mixture over popcorn.
    Bake at 250\u00b0, uncovered, 1 hour.\tBreak apart and cool.
