Easy Browned Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter or margarine
1 c. converted white rice (not Minute rice)
1 can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
1 beef bouillon cube, dissolved in 1 1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation

Melt butter or margarine in skillet.
Saute rice in skillet until lightly browned (approximately 10 minutes).
Put rice into casserole dish.
Add can of soup to rice and mix.
Add bouillon cube/water and mix.
Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
