Ingredients

1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 1/4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/4 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
2 1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
6 oz. pepperoni, sliced and quartered
8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
16 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water in a 3-quart bowl.
Stir in flour, oil, garlic and salt.
Mix until dough; let stand 15 minutes.
Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Pat dough to shape of cookie sheet (12 x 15 1/2-inch).
Place dough on lightly greased cookie sheet.
