Tostados Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can jalapeno beans
    2 c. water
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    2/3 c. picante sauce (mild, medium or hot)
    1 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    corn or tortilla chips, crushed
    shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook meat with onions; drain.
    Add chopped tomatoes to meat along with other ingredients.
    Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes or until blended.
    Top with chips and cheese.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
