Fudgy Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/3 c. warm water
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/3 c. granulated sugar
    1/3 c. packed light brown sugar
    2 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. flour
    1/3 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly grease an 8 x 8-inch baking pan.
    In large bowl, stir together the cocoa and water; let stand for 5 minutes.
    Stir in oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg whites and vanilla.
    Add the baking powder, salt and flour and stir for 2 minutes.
    Fold in nuts, then pour the mixture into the pan.
    Bake for 20 minutes or until set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
    Cool.
    Cut into 2-inch squares. Makes 16 brownies.
