Huevos Rancheros(Nonfat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    nonfat tortilla shells
    nonfat refried beans
    nonfat Cheddar cheese
    egg
    nonfat sour cream
    green pepper
    green onion
    salsa
Preparation
    Cover tortilla with 1/2 cup nonfat refried beans (heated), 1/2 cup nonfat Cheddar cheese, 1 fried egg white, 2 tablespoons salsa, 1/4 cup nonfat sour cream and 1/2 cup nonfat Cheddar cheese.
    Put in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
    Top with 2 tablespoons green pepper and 1 chopped green onion.
    Serves one.
