Granny Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. plain flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 eggs
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Sift flour, salt and sugar together in mixing bowl.
Add eggs and pineapple; mix thoroughly.
Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
