Crab Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick real butter, melted
2 large onions, chopped
6 green onions, chopped
3 Tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. dried celery flakes
2 Tbsp. plain flour
1 large can Pet cream
1 1/2 pt. whole milk
2 cans potato soup
1 lb. lump crab meat
Cajun seasoning to taste

Preparation

Saute butter, both onions, parsley, garlic and celery flakes until tender.
Then add Pet milk, then whole milk and potato soup. Cook slowly and stir for 30 minutes.
Then add crab meat.
Cook very low for 2 hours.
You may have to add a little more milk.
Add Cajun seasoning.
Serve on toasted kaiser buns that have been toasted real hard.
Slice off top and scoop out the inside.
Fill with soup and replace top.
