Carrot Plum Pudding #1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. suet
    1 c. raw potatoes
    1 c. raw carrots
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. each: allspice, salt, cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients.
    Grind with medium grinder all raw vegetables including raisins.
    Mix all together with hands.
    Steam in tight covered steamer or other pan which can be used for 1 1/2 hours on top of stove.
    Put in slow oven (preheated) for about 15 minutes to dry.
    Serve piping hot with following dressing.
