Ozark Pudding Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. apples, chopped
Preparation
    Beat egg until light.
    Gradually beat in sugar.
    Stir in flour sifted with baking powder and salt.
    Add vanilla, nuts and apples, stirring until just blended.
    Bake in greased pie pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Serve with whipped cream.
