Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) pie shell
3 eggs
1 c. light syrup
1 c. sugar
1 c. pecan halves
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Prepare pie shell and arrange pecan halves in bottom.
Beat eggs in bowl and add butter or margarine, corn syrup and vanilla and stir until well blended.
Combine sugar and flour and blend with egg mixture.
Pour over nuts in pie shell.
Let stand until pecans rise to surface.
Nuts will glaze during baking.
Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 45 minutes.
