Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts, skinned, boned and split
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 c. Bisquick
    1 c. oil
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 can pineapple chunks, drained
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. vinegar (cider)
    1 c. green pepper strips
    1/2 c. sliced onions
    2 tomatoes, cubed
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken with salt and coat with egg and Bisquick. Fry at 400\u00b0 until brown and place on paper towels in oven at 250\u00b0. Combine sugar, cornstarch and paprika in skillet.
    Drain pineapple and add water to juice to make 2 cups.
    Add pineapple, soy sauce and vinegar to sugar mixture.
    Cook until it boils and let boil 1 minute.
    Add green pepper and onions and cook 5 minutes.
    Add pineapple, tomatoes and chicken.
    Serve over hot white rice.
