Pineapple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 egg yolks (save the whites)
    1 1/2 c. white sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. crushed pineapple
    2 Tbsp. butter
    pinch of salt
    2 prepared pie crusts
Preparation
    Cream egg yolks, sugar and flour, pineapple, butter and salt. Cook in double boiler.
    Add coconut with other ingredients, if desired.
    Use for pie or cake filling.
