Shrimp-Tomato Aspic-Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. lemon jello
    2 c. tomato juice
    2 c. water (hot)
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    dash of salt
    1 small onion
    2 cans tiny shrimp
    1/2 c. stuffed olives
    1 c. celery
Preparation
    Boil onion and tomato juice 3 minutes.
    Strain and pour over jello.
    Add hot water and vinegar.
    Let cool to jello consistency. Add celery, olives and shrimp.
    Pour in mold and chill.
