Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sliced round steak, cut into thin strips
    1/4 c. flour (dust on meat)
    pepper (lightly)
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. (4 oz.) mushrooms, drained
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    1 can beef broth
    1 c. sour cream
    8 oz. noodles, cooked
Preparation
    Brown meat in butter.
    Remove meat from skillet and saute chopped onion, mushrooms and garlic.
    Brown lightly.
    Stir in beef broth, cover and simmer 1 hour or until meat is tender.
    Stir occasionally.
    When done, gradually stir in sour cream and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
    Serve over cooked noodles.
