Creamed Peas(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. Coffee-mate
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (1 lb.) can peas (undrained)
Preparation
    In 1-quart glass casserole, melt butter (High) 30 to 45 seconds.
    Blend with flour, cream substitute, salt and pepper. Add undrained peas.
    Microwave (High) 5 to 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes until hot and slightly thickened.
    Boiled onions are very good in this sauce!
